Ordering requirements

Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Mountain Time the day before delivery.

Same-day orders are subject to availability and include an additional $50 rush fee.

How billing works

Shop first. Settle up after.

Authorization and final billing

A refundable $20 authorization is collected at checkout. This temporary card hold is released when final billing is completed.

After shopping, your saved card is charged for the groceries actually purchased and the applicable fees shown above.

Groceries and gratuity

Grocery charges are based on actual store receipts, including approved substitutions. Individual shelf prices are not displayed in advance.

A 15% minimum gratuity applies. Choose 15%, 20%, or 25% at checkout. A 20% minimum gratuity applies when grocery receipt totals are $1,000 or more. A higher selected gratuity is retained. The delivery fee and gratuity go directly to your shopper/driver; the service fee is collected by Comestibles of Utah.
